EXPANDED MINERAL GRAPHITE PRODUCTS
TESGRAF® is a wide range of Expanded Mineral Graphite Products, sheets and gaskets with a very high temperature resistance.
Natural graphite is processed with special machinery capable of realizing a wide range of products - sheets, tapes, packings, rings, textiles - to be used especially for the production of industrial gaskets for universal applications at high temperatures and pressures.
The TESGRAF® products of TESPE are made of pure Expanded Graphite with very low ash content and they are flexible, soft, incombustible, gas-and-liquid proof; furthermore, they resist most process fluids, high thermal shocks, high temperatures and pressures..

Pure Graphite Gasket Sheets
Pure Graphite TESGRAF® sheets are particularly suitable for the production of flat cut gaskets for heavy duty applications in the presence of high temperatures and pressures, vapours and chemically aggressive fluids (with the exception of highly oxidizing agents), diathermic oil and universal uses whereby gaskets in asbestos-free, PTFE or other materials are not suitable.

Flat Gaskets in Pure Graphite
They are made with TESGRAF® sheets. They are available in standard sizes or upon request/customer's drawings and are suitable for all types of flanges.
Pure Graphite Laminated Tapes
Pure Graphite TESGRAF® Tapes are mainly used for the production of ring seals for valve stem or pump, or as filling of spiral wound gaskets and metal plastic gaskets. Pure Graphite TESGRAF® Tapes are produced in plain or in corrugated version. The plain type is also used for series production of high-density gasket rings, by means of special presses. The corrugated type, thanks to its special high flexibility and compressibility structure, is mainly used for "on-the-spot" maintenance, as a self-modelling gasket seal, wrapping it directly on the stem of shaft of the valve or the pump.

Pure Graphite Preformed Gasket Rings
With Pure Graphite Ribbon and thanks to special moulds and presses, any type of preformed ring is available, closed, open, in pack, for valve and piston packing, for ball valves, rings etc... Preformed Rings ensure better surface uniformity and greater density on every ring.
